Life in liverpool

Hi all, it's been a while since I last updated.
I'm already in Liverpool, and it's been great here.
Thanks for all the prayers and concern, I really am doing fine.
So Here are some pictures and updates...

This is the story,

I Flew KLM Royal Dutch Airlines, So They served alcohol on Board.
Of Course I had to consume as much as I can.
So here, My Vodka and Gin.

When I arrived at Amsterdam, I had to get some of these

Liquor, Tobacco & Chocolate

Had to spend some time in the Casino you know, after all I'm legal..

Oh, Headed to..

This one is actually for Nick!

Oh ya, Had to go to the Loo,

And of course, by the time I reached Liverpool,
it was time to...

So yes, that was my first day in Livepool.
For those of you who actually believed, well...
For those who don't , this is what really happened..

This is what I had in the plane,

This is where I went to grab a bite in Amsterdam, where I got this panini which was really filling.

Some other pictures from the Airport,

Funny story behind this..
Some one (not this guy, a younger one) was trying to get through with this, but failed.
As you know, I am kiasu, so I had to give it a go, just to show him I can do it.
And so i went, I tried, and guess what?
I failed!
Why?
Not because I didn't have skills, but because I was not tall enough.
Honestly, the dutch are tall people and I coudn't reach the top without buzzing it,
even when i tip toed.
Well, whatever la, how many of you will actually
have the guts to try it out alone with people staring at you?

What's an Aqua Massage?

Lol, I found this area where a lot of people were sleeping.

The Panini I got

While boarding the plane from Amsterdam to Liverpool. IN THE FREEZING COLD

I see Liverpool....

Check this out
Now, a tour of my room

The very small kitchen we share

My door.

My amazing view. I was blessed with the biggest room( non bias)
and the best view(might be bias)

That's all for now. Pictures if the places I've been and the friends I've made will be up in the next post.

Liverpool
oh yes, I'm going to Liverpool to further my education.
Will be there for 5 years.

Post Surgery

Since I'm able to talk now, I can also talk online.
I finally had my wisdom teeth removed.
Why teeth and not tooth?
Because I had all 4 removed.
Removed is also a much nicer word for...
CUT GUMS, CUT TOOTH PIECE BY PIECE WHILE IM KNOCKED OUT.
I'm not exaggerating.
Since it was much much cheaper, I had to go to a General Hospital in Klang for my surgery.
I was put under GA(General Anesthesia) because I had all 4 removed at once.
I shall elaborate on some of my experiences there.
First, I had to be checked in a day before as told so that I could be put under observation, checked for abnormalities, fast etc.
So I went to the Dental Building to be checked in.
After quite a long wait, I was finally attended to by a Dentist.
The Dentist explained to me my condition and she wanted to
pull off 6 teeth of mine instead of 4.
See, a normal human has 32 teeth and me well, 34!
I have 2 extra teeth growing on the bottom side of my mouth, near the jaw.
Put your finger in the middle of your teeth on the bottom side,
start counting the tooth one by one till you reach no 5.
Observe this tooth, I have duplicates of those exact same pairs growing deep inside.
If they eventually do grow out, which would be earliest 20 years down,
I would look like an upside down Dracula. (there's no need to imagine).
One of her reasons of recommending me to pull off those 2 was : " Since you're already under GA".
We eventually decided not to, felt it was unnecessary.
Then she wanted to insert a needle into my veins to later on put me on drip.
the needle was about 2.5 inches long so she had to find a vein that was straight and that length.
She found one at the usual spots where they insert the drip, on my hand, right hand to be exact.
And so she inserted the needle. She then injected water to see if it did not go off course.
When the water was causing a bulge in my hand, it indicated that it was clearly not.
So the dentist had to maneuver the needle(while inside my hand), to set it back on course.
When it bulge again after injected water it was clear that it was not set right.
So the needle was removed and inserted into my left hand.
Guess what? (copy right reserved)
The same thing happened. And so we took the needle out.
Then she decided to give it a rest and take blood instead.
After that, it was third try to insert the needle. Thank God third time's a charm.
just that this time we ran out of place and it was inserted
in a way that I could not bend my left wrist, for an entire day.
I was later admitted to a ward and had to stay there till the next day.
There are more interesting happenings that I am too lazy to explain.
But when i woke up I was in excruciating pain. Why? Because a tube was inserted into my throat.
Praise God the recovery process only took about 10 days, and I could sing for 16:25.
